Speaker applications accepted through November 30, 2015 for second annual conference designed to unlock the future of the human workplace

, a leading provider of social recognition solutions, today issued a call for speakers for its WorkHuman
2016 conference, May 9-11 in Orlando, Florida at the World Center Marriott.
The mission of the WorkHuman movement is to empower organizations and leaders worldwide to create a more human workplace. At the second annual WorkHuman conference, HR leaders and practitioners will learn how to build a work culture that harnesses the transformative power of human connections and well-being, and unites all employees in the pursuit of shared goals and greater business success.
The inaugural WorkHuman conference was held in June 2015, and featured some of the world’s most influential thought leaders and visionaries, including Arianna Huffington, actor Rob Lowe, and bestselling authors Adam Grant and Shawn Achor.

The ideal WorkHuman speaker will share expertise, primary research and knowledge on topics in HR, leadership and psychology, including worker happiness, recognition and gratitude, developing engagement, affective commitment and building a great workplace. Submissions will be considered for 45 minute break-out sessions, 15-minute TED-style talk sessions, 45-minute workshops, well-being activities, art or interactive experiences, and entertainment.
