This team works cross-functionally to ensure the overall customer experience with Workhuman is one full of pleasant surprise and delight. They are committed to working as primary points of contact throughout the customer’s lifecycle, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution.
Our launch success team works directly with customers to ensure they are led through the program goals definition, program design, configuration and adoption phases successfully in order to position the customer for success.
